Do not go there, had a terrible experience in this shop:
- they said it would take 2 days for the adjustments, it took actually like 6 appointments, and every time I went there they hadn’t do what they had promised
- very hard to contact them; had to call several times a day
- they said it would be ok to enlarge my dress on the hips, then said there was no fabric available; in the end they had to change the fabric, which I did not like and led to a change in the fitting of the dress
- delay when delivering the dress; I was supposed to take the dress with me 2 weeks before my wedding; 1 day before I was still at the shop at 8pm having a mental breakdown because they were still working on it
- terrible customer service; I’m still sending emails about this and never get any reply.

I have encountered the brand Rosa Clara on Instagram and had been struck by the beauty of their wedding dresses. I had the opportunity to visit their Paris shop and was extremely well received! Noémie, the saleslady who took care of us, has taken the time to understand what I was looking for and suggested the perfect set of dresses. I am so impressed! I wholeheartedly recommend the brand and this particular young lady for a perfect bridal experience!

How Rosa Clara ruined my day of feeling like a princess...

I had a horrible experience there. I ordered my Rosa Clara Couture wedding dress back in February and it came very late. So late that when I came to the shop end of June for a fitting, the measurements for the alterations were taken on a dress that was not my own as my dress had not come yet. Once my dress had arrived and had been altered, it did not fit at all. The sleeves were too tight and the neckline had been lowered too much. When I pointed it out to the shop, they told me I was wrong. Thankfully I had taken pictures in the first fitting where my measures were taken which proved me right. The shop admitted that the fitting had been done with a dress that was a size up from my dress...! After many conversations and emails with the customer service and the Barcelona HQ, a new dress was sent to me by the post. I had to get it fitted by a different seamstress two weeks before the wedding. It was incredibly stressful. Moreover the veil was sent without a comb to fix on the hair. I was very disappointed with the final look of the veil. Without a comb, it has no shape at all. Overall I would not buy my dress there again. They are unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent and downright liars. The service is terrible while the dresses are expensive. Rosa Clara makes beautiful dresses but until the quality of their service is fixed, I would recommend a different brand. It's not worth the stress and drama while planning a wedding.
I came from Dubai to find my bridal dress and I am so happy I chose Rosa Clara in Paris. The dresses are simply stunning and for all styles. The lovely Karine has been amazing and her advice was spot on. She understood right away what my style was and made great suggestions accordingly. Thank you ever so much Karine. The friendly team has also been very flexible in trying to fit in my tight schedules when coming to Paris on a last minute trip. I definitely recommend.
